We pride our self in satisfying every customer and your complete satisfaction is our #1 priority. All sales are final. We are one of the only furniture companies that offers a full 30 day Manufacturer warranty. We offer 5 to 10 years manufacturer  warranty on our mattresses.

Layaway Plan:

We offer a six (6) month Layaway Plan. We only require an initial payment of $100 to start the layaway process and make payments on the purchase at any time you wish.  There is a $45 layaway cancellation fee.


Shipping & Handling: Shipping is only available to customers who call for quotes: All Prices on this website is for pickup only.

Most items are in stock and will usually ship within 2 to 3 business days of receiving clear payment.  Standard shipping service covers curb-side delivery only. Some low inventory items may take up to 4 weeks to ship. Please let us know if you need expedited delivery, additional charges may apply. Please contact us to arrange shipping outside of our local delivery areas.

We contact every customer by email and phone before shipping any item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to all areas. Please contact our customer service department if you have questions.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  Please contact us for accurate detailed information.

Shipping to address other than billing address:

If you are purchasing with a credit or debit card that has a different billing address from the delivery address, please be prepared to show proof of card and identification. Our merchant processor requires us to verify identification and the card being used in this instance.

Exchange/Refund/Return:

We thoroughly inspect every item before shipment.  Please inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt! Replacement for damaged items/parts is absolutely FREE OF CHARGE! If the item is damages on arrival or a shortage, we require that you make a note on the delivery receipt and have the carrier sign the delivery receipt also so we can file a claim for you. Please keep all the original boxes and email us a picture of the broken item(s) so we can file a claim to the carrier. Failure to do so results in no exchange/return or refund.  You are responsible for accepting the damaged item and storing until you receive return approval and return the item. If you refuse any item you will be responsible for the delivery and return delivery.

All claims must be filed to us with photo within 7 days from the date of the receipt. Refusing return delivery or returning non-damaged / non-defective item(s) is subject to a 15% restocking fee and the shipping cost to our warehouse. A refund will be given if we can’t replace the merchandise same or similar.  Return shipping is not free on items purchased with the free shipping promotion.

All returns must be authorized by us and all items must be returned undamaged in the original new condition. Merchandise not returned in original packaging will be refused.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
